Return and Exchange Policy:

- Returns and exchanges are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.

- Returns or exchanges are permitted only if the product is in the same condition as when purchased and is in its original packaging.

- Returns must be made within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

- Please take a photo of the product and send it to us, specifying your city, address, and order number, so that it can be exchanged for another product if the item is defective, has a specific flaw, or does not function as agreed.

- The customer will receive a full refund if the delivered product is completely different from the product description on our website’s product page.

- We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding the use of products that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.

- A 30 percent deduction will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or significant issues.
